I am visiting our son in Montana in early December and wore these on our hour long walks in 24 degree weather. My fleece-lined leggings are super cozy and comfy. I highly recommend this item for your winter wardrobe. I'm 5'0" and the hem is above my ankle. I wish they were a little longer.
